PALAIS NICOLE is a flat with two balconies, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is perfectly located just a few seconds from the Promenade des Anglais, the sea and the shops.

You will be located right in the centre of town, on Rue de France which runs parallel to the famous Promenade des Anglais.


In just a few seconds' walk you will be on the beaches, and the pedestrianised street with its many shops and restaurants.

Then you'll reach Place Masséna, the famous Avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, and Vieux Nice, where you can discover all the local specialities.

At the foot of your building, you'll find all the local shops you need, including a supermarket, baker, butcher and cheesemonger....

The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a storage cupboard, a safe and a study area.

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds, a storage cupboard and a study area.

It opens onto a balcony.

Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.


You will also be next to bus stops, which will allow you to get around Nice and the surrounding area easily.

The city of Nice offers many blue bike points, one station is located less than 3 min from the flat.

The SNCF train station is a 15 min walk away, the SNCF network is very convenient for visiting neighbouring towns or travelling to Italy for the day

Nice airport is a 15min drive from the flat.
